Amidst a mini protest held on the hospital premises, members of the association expressed their determination to disrupt activities at the government-owned medical facility until their grievances are addressed. Dr. John Matthew, President of the UNIMEDTH ARD, highlighted the demands for full payment of salary arrears, February 2024 palliative for House Officers, hazard allowance for members, and urgent resolution of severe clinical manpower shortages within the institution.
