Organizers of Big Brother Naija season nine have announced that applications will open on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, according to a post on Instagram. The announcement revealed a new twist for this season’s auditions, stating that applicants must apply as pairs, termed “Dynamic Duos.”
In a departure from the previous format, where applicants submitted individual videos, candidates are now required to apply together. Consequently, audition videos will feature both individuals in a single video, with a duration of 3 minutes.
To apply, candidates must upload a joint video explaining why they should be selected for Big Brother’s House. The video should include descriptions of their backgrounds, personalities, likes, dislikes, and unique attributes that could contribute to their success in the show.
Applicants are encouraged to remain authentic, avoid contrived performances, and keep the presentation enjoyable. The auditions will commence at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, and submissions can be made through the Africa Magic website.
Eligibility for application is limited to individuals aged 21 and above, possessing a valid form of identification.
