Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has pledged enticing incentives for both local and international individuals and organizations willing to tap into the vast tourism opportunities available in Abuja.

Speaking at the inauguration of a private recreational center in Abuja, Wike emphasized the untapped potential of various tourist attractions within the federal capital territory, including the Yaba Fishing Festival, Ushafa Pottery Centre, Millennium Towers, and other recreational facilities.

Expressing concern over the underutilization of Nigeria’s tourism sector, Wike underscored its capacity to attract substantial foreign exchange investments. He applauded the administration of President Bola Tinubu for its prioritization of tourism and urged the private sector to explore its vast potential.

Furthermore, Wike reiterated the commitment of the FCT administration to support investment initiatives in Abuja’s tourism sector, promising generous incentives for those willing to invest in this area.
