Samsung, the renowned smartphone manufacturer, has announced a special giveaway package to commemorate the third anniversary of United Nigeria Airlines (UNA).
In a statement released by Achilus Uchegbu, the spokesperson for the airline, it was revealed that passengers traveling on United Nigeria Airlines would have the opportunity to win brand-new Samsung smartphones while onboard any of the airline’s aircraft.
According to the statement, a total of 15 Samsung smartphones will be given away in-flight as part of this partnership initiative.
Mr. Raphael Uchegbu, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of UNA, highlighted that passengers traveling on the Lagos-Abuja, Abuja-Lagos, and Lagos-Port Harcourt routes between February 27, 2024, and February 29, 2024, stand a chance to win the Samsung smartphones.
The CCO emphasized that this joint initiative reflects UNA’s commitment to customer appreciation and its dedication to fostering growth and excellence in the aviation industry.
“United Nigeria Airlines will continue to prioritize customer satisfaction and innovative partnerships. Therefore, this exclusive giveaway is a testament to the unwavering commitment of United Nigeria to provide exceptionally safe air transport service to its passengers,” stated Uchegbu.

This announcement comes after United Nigeria Airlines previously offered a 10% discount on its tickets for the first 300 passengers to commemorate the day of its inaugural flight in 2021.
