The National Labour Congress (NLC) has initiated its nationwide protest in the Computer Village area of Ikeja in Lagos State.
The exercise, which is coming on the heels of the untold hardship in the country amid various issues, is causing heavy traffic gridlock for commuters within the metropolis.
On February 8, the NLC and the Trade Union Congress issued a 14-day nationwide strike notice to the Federal Government over the failure to implement the agreements reached on October 2, following the removal of the fuel subsidy.
