ALX Partners with LSETF, NBA on Digital Skills Development

ALX Nigeria, a prominent tech career accelerator, has unveiled strategic partnerships with the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Institute of Continuing Legal Education, and financial broker HFM to enhance digital skills development in Nigeria.

The collaboration aims to bridge the gap between professionals in the legal, finance, and tech industries, fostering job creation and economic growth in Nigeria. The tech training programs initiated through this partnership will prioritize delivering practical, hands-on learning experiences tailored to the specific needs of participants.

The joint efforts of ALX, ICLE, and LSETF are poised to yield positive outcomes, empowering individuals to pursue careers in technology and bolstering Nigeria’s innovation ecosystem. ALX will offer specialized tech training programs to members of the NBA nationwide and beneficiaries of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund.

These programs will equip participants with sought-after skills in software development, data science, and Artificial Intelligence Career Essentials (AiCE). Ruby Igwe, the Country General Manager of ALX Nigeria, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, highlighting ALX’s commitment to preparing the next generation with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the digital sector.

In addition to tech education, ALX boasts a vibrant community of fellows and entrepreneurs, providing valuable support through the ALX Fellowship and ALX Ventures community. Igwe emphasized that by leveraging expertise in tech education and innovation, ALX aims to empower professionals across various sectors to embrace digital transformation and drive sustainable economic development.
