In the ongoing case involving Emefiele and the alleged $6.2 million fraud, Boss Mustapha, the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, has today appeared as a witness.
During his testimony, Mustapha vehemently denied approving any funds amounting to $6.2 million for Emefiele to pay international election observers.
Boss Mustapha claims to have absolutely no knowledge of this transaction throughout his tenure.
