Dr. Cairo Ojougboh, a former member of the House of Representatives representing Ika federal constituency of Delta State and a prominent figure in the All Progressives Congress (APC), has passed away.
Sources report that the outspoken politician died on Wednesday night while watching the AFCON 2023 semi-final match between Nigeria and South Africa.
According to a reliable source, Ojougboh slumped immediately after a penalty kick was awarded against Nigeria during the match held in Bouake, Ivory Coast.
