Three other occupants of the vehicle who survived sustained different degrees of injury and are now receiving treatment in a hospital.
Where the vehicle was coming from or where it was headed before falling off the bridge has not been confirmed but the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, community members, and other stakeholders helped in the evacuation at the accident scene.

“Three people who were in the vehicle died, and the three surviving occupants were injured and evacuated to a hospital. About 10 cows died.”
