Unilever Nigeria has donated a range of products, including body creams, toothpaste, seasoning, and other health and hygiene items, to the Oyo State Government to aid victims of the Bodija explosion that occurred on January 18.
The explosion in Ibadan resulted in casualties, injuries, and significant property damage.
Unilever’s donation, aimed at providing immediate relief, was delivered by the company’s team, led by the Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainable Business, Mr. Godfrey Adejumoh.
The state government, through Prof. Temitope Alonge, expressed gratitude for the timely support during this challenging period.
