The Technology for Social Change and Development Initiative (Tech4Dev), in collaboration with the FCDO and NITDA, has introduced the DigitalforAllChallenge to tackle Nigeria’s digital skills gap.
With a commitment of N150 million, the challenge aims to empower two million Nigerians with basic and intermediate digital skills, offering competitive incentives.
Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, the Director-General of NITDA, emphasized the government’s determination to position Nigeria as a major talent exporter in the digital space. The challenge includes three categories: basic education, youth, and civil service, focusing on fostering a robust digital economy.
