The Supreme Court has affirmed the victory of Governor Agbu Kefas in Taraba State, dismissing the appeal brought by Muhammad Sani Yahaya of the NNPP.
The unanimous judgment stated that Yahaya failed to prove that Kefas lacked the majority votes, concluding the legal battle.
