The Supreme Court has affirmed the election victory of Ahmed Aliyu as the governor of Sokoto State on Thursday, 25th January, 2024.
The judgment, delivered by Justice Tijani Abubakar, dismissed the appeal brought forward by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its governorship candidate, Saidu Umar.
