Rt Hon Anayo Nnebe, former Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly and a member of the House of Representatives, has reportedly died at the age of 61.
Although there hasn’t been an official family statement, sources indicate that he passed away at Nnamdi Azikiwe Teaching Hospital in Nnewi after a brief illness. A meeting among family members is expected before an official press release on his demise is issued.
The late former lawmaker hailed from Umuokpu in Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State.
