The Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, announced on Thursday that the much-anticipated Lagos Red Line rail project is set to be unveiled in February.
The governor made this announcement during the Lagos West Senatorial District Town Hall Meeting held at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Sheraton, Ikeja. Sanwo-Olu conveyed that the state government has officially written to President Bola Tinubu, inviting him to participate in the unveiling ceremony next month.
“Our Red Line rail will be unveiled in February. In fact, we have written officially to Mr President to come and help us unveil it in February this year,” stated Sanwo-Olu.
