The Pan Yoruba Socio-cultural and political organization has removed Ayo Adebanjo as the Acting Leader of the group.
The decision was made during the organization’s monthly meeting at the residence of its Leader, Reuben Fasoranti in Akure.
The motion for Adebanjo’s removal was moved by retired Prof of Surgery, Samuel Ibikunle and seconded, following the recommendation of the Afenifere elders’ forum.
The move is aimed at fostering unity and addressing polarization within the organization, as stated by the spokesperson, Jare Ajayi.
