The Federal Government is dedicated to offering thorough rehabilitation for the four rescued girls from the Al-Kadriyar family, who endured a two-week ordeal in the kidnappers’ den.
Mrs. Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, Minister of Women Affairs, affirmed this commitment after visiting the girls at their current medical treatment facility. She emphasized close monitoring of their recovery, ensuring psychological support, and exploring safer educational environments.
The Minister praised security agencies for the girls’ release, expressing President Bola Tinubu’s concern about the escalating kidnapping trend.
After the visit, she plans to update the President and the First Lady on the girls’ condition.
