Nyesom Wike, the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), is currently engaged in a crucial security meeting with top security officials in the nation’s capital to address the ongoing surge in kidnappings and killings of Abuja residents by bandits.
Area Council Chairmen are also present at the meeting, where Wike has directed them to intensify their efforts and effectively tackle the challenge.
The Minister emphasized his continuous efforts in combating the activities of the bandits and urged Abuja residents not to panic. He provided assurance that normalcy will be restored to the FCT soon.
