Nigeria Police Force Commences Screening of Over 400,000 Constable Cadre Applicants

The screening process for over 400,000 Nigerian youths applying for the Constable cadre in the Nigeria Police Force commenced smoothly today across the nation.

While encountering some initial challenges, the exercise is reportedly underway in all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. The Police Service Commission, along with various institutions, is overseeing the screening, emphasizing the importance of collaboration for a successful recruitment process.

Dr. Solomon Arase, Chairman of the Police Service Commission, acknowledged the ongoing efforts, urging continuous improvement and assuring the public of the Commission’s commitment to a successful exercise.

Dedicated telephone lines and social media platforms have been provided for public inquiries and complaints. The screening will continue on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
