President Bola Tinubu has officially inaugurated the Board and Management team for the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) at the State House in Abuja.
The appointments include:
Pius Akinyelure: Appointed as the Non-Executive Board Chairman of NNPCL.
Mallam Mele Kyari: Retained his position as the Group Chief Executive Officer of NNPCL.
Alhaji Umar Isa Ajiya: Assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Ledum Mitee: Appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
Musa Tumsa: Appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Ghali Muhammad: Appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
Prof Mustapha Aliyu: Appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr David Ogbodo: Appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
Ms Eunice Thomas: Appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Okokon Ekanem Udo: Assumes the role of Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Finance.
Gabriel Aduda: Assumes the role of Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources.
The inauguration marks a significant step in the leadership and governance structure of NNPCL, with seasoned professionals appointed to key positions.
