Chairman of Mikano International, Mofid Karameh, has pledged to enhance power generation in Nigeria. He made this commitment during a gala night that marked the partnership between Mikano Motors and Changan Autos.
The partnership with Changan Autos establishes the company as Mikano Motors’ latest exclusive brand partner, fostering a collaborative effort focused on innovation, excellence, and a shared vision for the future.
Karameh reiterated Mikano International’s dedication to providing valuable products to the Nigerian marketplace and highlighted the collaboration with Rolls Royce aimed at improving power generation in Nigeria.
During the gala night, the Mikano Motors Chairman celebrated the collaboration with Changan Autos, solidifying their presence and growth trajectory in the Nigerian market. The event served as an opportunity for the companies’ managers to express appreciation to stakeholders, including clients, brand promoters, supporters, and individuals contributing to Mikano’s goals.
Tracy Huang, Changan’s Director of the African Region, affirmed that Changan, in partnership with Mikano Motors, would “continue to innovate and provide the best services in the ecosystem.”
Ralph Haidar, Managing Director of Mikano Motors, emphasized the company’s understanding of Nigerian tastes and preferences for quality. He also announced Mikano’s plans to expand operations to other West African countries.
Lucas Xiang, Head of Middle East and Africa business for Changan, highlighted the brand’s dedication to innovation, noting that Changan invests five percent of its annual sales revenue in product research and development to drive trailblazing designs and performance.
