Korra Obidi, a known dancer, has bravely spoken out against her ex-husband, Justin Dean, accusing him of disregarding his responsibility to their child’s well-being in a touching video uploaded across numerous web platforms. Korra’s tearful plea shined light on the difficulties she faced as a single parent, particularly in funding their daughter’s basic expenses such as healthcare, tuition, and other critical requirements.
The situation reached a critical point when Korra received a distressing notification from their daughter’s school, warning of potential expulsion due to Justin’s failure to contribute to the school fees. In a heartfelt plea, Korra implored Justin to fulfill his financial obligations, emphasizing that her only request is for him to prioritize their child’s welfare.
Expressing her frustration and concern for their daughter’s education, Korra questioned Justin’s priorities, highlighting that if he has the financial capacity to engage a lawyer, there should be no excuse for neglecting his responsibility to contribute $850 towards their child’s well-being. She shared the challenges she has faced since July, covering their daughter’s school fees on her own, even when Justin abruptly ceased his contributions without prior notice.
“I have been paying for June’s school fees from July. In fact, he just stopped paying and didn’t tell anybody until the school sent an email to me that they were going to expel June from school. So, I told them, please send me all the bills he’s ‘owing,’ and moving forward from then, I started to pay in full from the middle of the year until this end of the year, and still, he has not paid. I am not lying; I have receipts of payment. I have no business with this man if it’s not for my daughters,” Korra shared.
