Senate President Godwill Akpabio has conveyed the readiness of the current National Assembly to collaborate with the executive in inaugurating a new era for Nigerians.
This commitment was expressed as he welcomed the President to the National Assembly complex for the presentation of the 2024 appropriation bill to the parliament.
During the reception, he assured the President that the appropriation bill would undergo thorough deliberation and be passed promptly, ensuring its timely transmission to the President for assent.
Notably, this marks Tinubu’s inaugural appearance at the National Assembly as the President of Nigeria, where he is anticipated to present the upcoming year’s appropriation bill.
