APC National Chairman Ganduje Welcomes Doctors Unite For Tinubu, Emphasizes President’s Appreciation

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has assured the Leaders of Doctors Unite For Tinubu of President Tinubu’s willingness to receive them at any convenient time. This affirmation came during a courtesy visit by the group to the national Secretariat of the party in Abuja, where Ganduje highlighted the valuable contributions of the medical team.

Ganduje acknowledged the dedication of the medical professionals, emphasizing that President Tinubu had appointed one of their own as Minister of State for Health due to their commendable commitments. He reiterated the open door policy of the President and expressed the importance of collaboration with the medical community for the nation’s benefit.

He stated, “There’s no doubt, our collaboration is important to the people of Nigeria,” underscoring the significance of the partnership between the medical professionals and the party.

Ganduje emphasized the need for the medical community to engage with President Tinubu, considering the critical role they played in the success of the government. He urged them to foster collaboration to create opportunities for their members in the administration.

During the meeting, Ganduje praised the Doctors Unite For Tinubu for their support during the 2023 general elections, highlighting their crucial role in providing free medical services to the electorate. He expressed gratitude for their continued commitment to offering free health services and affirmed the party’s intention to collaborate in various initiatives beyond election periods.

In response, the National Coordinator of Doctors Unite For Tinubu, Doc Enoch Christopher, congratulated Dr. Ganduje on his role as the digital national chairman and affirmed the group’s support for the APC and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Dr. Christopher outlined the group’s dedication to free medical outreaches, distribution of medical equipment, and nationwide workshops on drug awareness.
