In a notable address during the Barewa Old Boys Association (BOBA) Annual Lecture and Awards ceremony in Abuja, Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima reiterated the administration’s unwavering commitment to prioritizing human capital investment as a key driver for Nigeria’s future prosperity.

Representing Vice President Shettima at the event, Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, the Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, commended the organizers for selecting a theme that delved into the critical interface between citizens and the State.

Emphasizing that Nigeria’s most valuable asset is its people, Vice President Shettima underscored the significance of investing in human capital development. He highlighted the pivotal role that education, healthcare services, technological opportunities, and the judicious use of natural resources play in shaping the trajectory of the nation.
