A fire has erupted at the High Commission of Canada to Nigeria, located in Abuja’s Central Business District.
The Head of Operations of the FCT Fire Service, Amiola Adebayo, confirmed the incident, revealing that two individuals suffered fatal injuries as a result of the fire.
Additionally, three or four other victims have been promptly transported to nearby hospitals for medical attention.
While the cause of the fire has not been disclosed, and there is no information about the nationality of the affected individuals, the situation is currently under investigation.
