The All Progressives Congress (APC) is no stranger to internal disputes, but the party’s National Secretariat has stepped up to address and resolve the simmering crisis in the Ondo State Chapter before it escalates further.
In a recent statement issued by Edwin Olo Kon, the Chief Press Secretary to the National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the APC expressed deep concern about the mounting political turmoil in Ondo State, recognizing that if left unattended, it could strain relations among party members.
To prevent the situation from deteriorating and causing more discord within the party, the National Secretariat has taken swift and decisive action. Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the National Chairman, has established a 9-Man Committee tasked with mediating the dispute. The committee will be headed by the former Governor of Katsina State, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari.
