The Bauchi State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal, on Wednesday, affirmed the election of Governor Bala Mohammed in the March 18, 2023 exercise.
The Tribunal, led by Justice PT Kwahar, struck out the petition filed by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Sadique Baba Abubakar, challenging electoral victory of Mohammed as earlier declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
