The family of Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba (aka Mohbad) finally committed the late artiste’s body to mother earth in Ikorodu, marking the sad end of a young artist’s life at the age of 27, who died on Tuesday, September 12.
His sudden death has been shrouded in mystery, with various accounts of what happened to him.
According to other accounts, he sought medical assistance for an ear infection, but after receiving an injection, he fell asleep and did not wake up. Others, on the other hand, believe he died as a result of heart problems caused by substance misuse.
In the middle of these contradicting tales of his untimely death, Mohbad was laid to rest today, September 13, according to Islamic funeral rituals. The heartbreaking picture of mourners crying as his casket was lowered into the grave was captured in several social media recordings during the burial procession.
