The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) on Monday unveiled a Power Outage Reporting System, which is a significant step towards improving the reliability and transparency of Nigeria’s electricity supply.

This system aims to improve the quality of service provided to consumers across the country by streamlining the reporting and resolution of power outages.

The pilot project is for Abuja residents alone.
