FCT Minister Nyesom Wike Appeals to Supporters: No More Congratulatory Billboards
- Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike, has humbly requested his well-wishers to refrain from displaying congratulatory billboards in his honor. In a statement released on Sunday by the Director of Press in the Minister’s office, Mr. Anthony Ogunleye, the Minister expressed his gratitude for the warm wishes and support he’s received from citizens. However, he firmly asks that these displays be discontinued.
Wike’s focus is steadfastly directed towards aiding President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in realizing his vision and the “RENEWED HOPE” agenda for Nigeria. According to Ogunleye, Wike values the aspirations of FCT residents and is dedicated to contributing to the growth and well-being of the FCT and the nation at large.
The Minister recognizes the importance of his role and seeks to achieve it through unwavering dedication. He believes this can be best accomplished by concentrating on his responsibilities and collaborating with fellow public servants to serve the country effectively.
