PHOTO NEWS: Ex-British PM Tony Blair Visits Tinubu Ahead of Inauguration
Former United Kingdom Prime Minister, Tony Blair, on Tuesday, arrived in Nigeria where he held talks with the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
Tinubu made this known on his Twitter page on Tuesday.
“I received former British Prime Minister and founder Tony Blair Institute for Good Governance, Mr Tony Blair, at the Defence House, Abuja, earlier today.
“We discussed areas of mutual interests and how Nigeria can continue to benefit from the amazing work of the Institute,” the President-elect wrote.
Blair served as UK Prime Minister between 1997 and 2007.
