AMCON Seizes Billionaire Jimoh Ibrahim's 12 Assets, Over #70bn Loan Debt

Twelve Assets belonging to the Chairman of Global Fleet Group, Jimoh Ibrahim has been taken over by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria.

Also  all his accounts were seized over his debt amounting to N69.4bn.

This is in pursuant to an order by Justice R.M. Aikawa of a Federal High Court, in Lagos.

Some of properties seized by AMCON include NICON investment Limited buildings at different locations, The building of Abuja International Hotel among others 

The court also ordered the freezing of all accounts belonging to Ibrahim and his companies including Global Fleet Oil & Gas Limited and NICON Investment Limited.

The properties, according to AMCON, Spokesman, Jude Nwauzor, all the assets are scattered around Abuja and Lagos.
