Without this, it won’t be long before you’re burned out and operating in a mental fog. A point where it’s difficult to care about anything or anyone.
As parents, having a family is a huge responsibility on its own. When you add school runs, paid employment, a business, or other responsibilities, the stress level just increases.

There's a misconception that self-care is expensive. It does not have to be. Yes, a day at the spa may be pricey, but self-care could be as simple as taking a walk or having a really good laugh.
