The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has reaffirmed its dedication to fostering entrepreneurial development within the region, as emphasized during the annual Leadership Summit of the Princeton Leadership Forum in Abuja. Mr. Olusade Adesola, the Permanent Secretary of FCTA, articulated the pivotal role of human resource development and financial empowerment for Nigerian youths.<\/p>\n
Adesola underscored the interconnectedness of a nation’s progress and the advancement of its human resources sector. Recognizing the government’s limitations as a primary employer, he called for active participation from the private sector, particularly Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), stressing that successful MSMEs often emerge from entrepreneurial initiatives.<\/p>\n
During the summit, Dr. Chibuike Echem, President of the Princeton Leadership Forum, reiterated the group’s commitment to training future leaders, especially the youth. Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, Former Chief of Staff to the Imo State Government, emphasized the indispensable roles played by entrepreneurs and innovators in economic development.
