This initiative represents a technology-oriented dual apprenticeship model designed to bridge the gap between theoretical education and practical expertise.<\/p>\n<p>This call to action aligns with the recent efforts of the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Benjamin, who proposed a bill last week to establish a legal framework for the apprenticeship scheme.
