The move comes in response to recent allegations made by Lil Frosh, who claimed Yhemolee slapped him for failing to greet.<\/p>\n<p>Yhemolee shared a copy of the lawsuit on his Instagram, accompanied by a caption detailing the challenging past few days. He expressed frustration over false accusations, leading to numerous death threats and a disrupted timeline. The actor clarified his innocence in the matter.<\/p>\n<p>In the lawsuit, Yhemolee is seeking a public apology, a retraction of the statements made by Lil Frosh, and N200 million in damages. The legal document also serves as a pre-action notice to Lil Frosh, urging him to address the demands within fourteen days from the date of receipt. Failure to comply could result in legal proceedings, as emphasized in the notice.<\/p>\n<p>Yhemolee&#8217;s lawyer issued a statement, stating, &#8220;Take notice that you are to fully comply with the above demands within Fourteen (14) days from the date of your receipt of this letter, or from the day you are given constructive notice of the same.
