The claims suggest that the APC and its government are involved in a sinister plot to undermine the judiciary and manipulate the outcomes of ongoing court cases. The APC dismisses these accusations as baseless and devoid of any supporting evidence.<\/p>\n
In response to the allegations, the APC spokesperson, Barr. Felix Morka, stated that there is no substance or credibility to Atiku Abubakar’s statement. The claims made are considered to be nothing more than groundless accusations aimed at tarnishing the reputation of the APC and its leadership. It appears to be an attempt to create an excuse for a potential unfavorable ruling in court regarding the last Presidential Election.<\/p>\n
The APC maintains that the victory in the last Presidential Election was legitimate and achieved through the overwhelming support of the people. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Party have full confidence in the judicial system and firmly believe that the courts will dispense electoral justice in strict accordance with the Constitution and all applicable laws.<\/p>\n
As a responsible political party, the APC is committed to upholding the rule of law and respecting the independence of the judiciary. The Party urges all parties involved in ongoing court cases to allow the legal process to take its course without unwarranted speculation or attempts to subvert justice.<\/p>\n
