The PDP led narrowly in Gwagwalada.<\/p>\n<p>In Rivers, INEC declared Ukalikpe Napoleon winner of Ahoada East Constituency II with 3,980 votes, defeating candidates of other parties. Loolo Bulabari Henrietta also won Khana II with 7,647 votes.<\/p>\n<p>The party was similarly ahead in Ungoggo and Kano Municipal constituencies in Kano.<\/p>\n<p>While the ADC alleged voter suppression in parts of the FCT, the police, NSCDC and INEC described the elections as peaceful.
