The panel found that the personnel violated military laws, including acts prejudicial to discipline and national security.<\/p>\n<p>Major-General Buba emphasized that the case is a disciplinary matter, not politically motivated, and affirmed the military\u2019s loyalty to the Constitution and the democratically elected government.<\/p>\n<p>The indicted officers include personnel from the Army, Navy, and Air Force: Brig.-Gen. Musa Abubakar Sadiq; Col. M.A. Ma\u2019aji; Lt.-Cols. S. Bappah, A.A. Hayatu, Dangnan, M. Almakura; Majors A.J. Ibrahim, M.M. Jiddah, M.A. Usman, D. Yusuf, I. Dauda; Captains I. Bello, A.A. Yusuf; Lt. S.S. Felix; Lt.-Cmdr. D.B. Abdullahi (Navy); and Sqn. Ldr. S.B. Adamu (Air Force).<\/p>\n<p>The alleged coup plot first surfaced in October 2025, when arrests of several officers were announced.
