The plaintiffs are seeking an order restraining the union from continuing the strike, picketing, blocking access to offices, or taking actions that impair FCTA operations.<\/p>\n<p>Filed as NICN\/ABJ\/17\/2026, the case lists JUAC President, Rifkatu Iortyer, and Secretary-General, Abdullahi Saleh, as defendants.<br \/>\nJustice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim is presiding.<\/p>\n<p>The strike followed the expiration of a seven-day ultimatum over unresolved wage and welfare demands.
