Mohammed, in Suit No. FCT\/HC\/CV\/229\/2025, granted an interim injunction restraining Duru from posting or sharing the disputed content on Facebook or any other social media platform pending the determination of the substantive suit.<\/p>\n<p>The court also ordered Meta to immediately remove or disable access to all offending posts made by Duru, whether under her real name or pseudonym, and to preserve all related electronic evidence to aid the proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling followed a motion by Akpoti-Uduaghan, who alleged sustained online attacks that exposed her to hostility, security threats and emotional distress.
