Olawale Emmanuel Awe, warned against re-exporting foreign products, stressing that \u201conly made-in-Nigeria goods qualify.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He explained that businesses must register to benefit, as the National Approval Committee, comprising officials from key ministries and agencies inspects factories to verify local production.<\/p>\n<p>Awe said the ETLS, which grants Nigerian manufacturers duty-free access to 12 other ECOWAS countries, is designed to promote regional integration and enhance competitiveness among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Onyeanya Ebere Immaculata The Federal Government has restated that only goods produced in Nigeria are eligible for duty-free trade under the ECOWAS Trade Liberalisation Scheme (ETLS).
