Developers Dr. Shuaibu Musari and Techs &amp; Concretes Nigeria Ltd are seeking N850 million in damages from the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Investment Development Company Ltd and others for allegedly violating a court injunction.<\/p>\n<p>Through their counsel, Mr. Realwan Okpanachi, the developers accused the claimants of continuing construction despite an April 15 injunction directing all parties to maintain the status quo.
