Support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu\u2019s 2027 re-election bid is gathering pace as grassroots groups in Abuja, Lagos and Ondo States intensify early mobilization.<\/p>\n
In Abuja, Folusho Sylvanus Ojo, popularly known as Fosh, a seasoned strategist and grassroots mobilizer is championing Tinubu Grassroots Network (TGN), launched in July 2025.<\/p>\n
With TGN, Fosh is recalibrating his efforts around President Bola Tinubu\u2019s Renewed Hope Agenda, mobilizing across all 774 local government areas ahead of the 2027 elections.<\/p>\n
Similarly in Lagos, the Progressive Movement for Asiwaju Tinubu (PMAT), launched a voter drive across all 57 local government areas. National Coordinator, Saheed Olalere, urged members to obtain or revalidate their permanent voter cards, stressing that youth participation would be pivotal to securing victory in 2027.<\/p>\n
He also called for unity among supporters while showcasing empowerment initiatives, including financial aid to widows.<\/p>\n
In Akure, Ondo State, the Progressives Network for Tinubu (PNT), pledged to deliver at least 80 percent of votes for the president in the South-West, an improvement on the 67 percent he secured in 2023.<\/p>\n
Director-General, Olumide Obadele, said the group would blend grassroots engagement with technology-driven outreach, adding that its activities remain lawful since official campaigns are yet to begin.<\/p>\n
Speakers at both events emphasized the need to reduce ethnic divisions, strengthen political inclusion, and sustain public trust in Tinubu\u2019s leadership.<\/p>\n
