Unlike many of his peers, he avoids what he calls \u201cbaby songs,\u201d choosing instead to craft socially conscious music that tells real-life stories.<\/p>\n<p>His deep baritone voice has drawn comparisons with Bella Shmurda, Mr Eazi, Davido, Patoranking, Joeboy, and even international acts such as Clinton Fearon.<\/p>\n<p>His big break came in 2022 with Sweet Love (Remix), featuring U.S. artists Peter Jericho and Black Magik under Manatee Records.<\/p>\n<p>The track topped Boomplay\u2019s global chart, amassing over one million streams. His EP Arrival also gained international traction, debuting at number six on U.S. iTunes before climbing to number two. He describes the success as a mix of \u201cgrace and hard work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Recognition followed at the Top Africa Music Awards, where he won Best Inspirational Song with a Message. Yet, behind the spotlight lies a decade-long struggle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been in the music business for over 10 years.
