However, I feel compelled to do so due to the lingering internal crisis that has plagued our party for some time,\u201d he wrote, lamenting what he called \u201cserious division and litigations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The senator thanked party members for the relationships and opportunities shared, saying it was time to \u201cmove on and explore new avenues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wadada\u2019s exit comes shortly after he publicly endorsed President Bola Tinubu\u2019s administration, stating during a visit to the State House that the African Democratic Congress lacked the capacity to produce a better leader than Tinubu.<\/p>\n<p>He also hinted at a possible return to the All Progressives Congress (APC), where he previously served after stints in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and later the SDP.
