Yusuf Ali, aims to standardize efforts in disarmament, deradicalization, rehabilitation, and reintegration (DDRR), of repentant Boko Haram members.<\/p>\n<p>OPSC\u2019s reintegration centre in Gombe State will now work closely with OSPRE to support post-conflict recovery and promote victim-centered justice.<\/p>\n<p>According to OSPRE, the deal will also advance transitional and restorative justice initiatives, trauma recovery programmes, and capacity building for security agencies.<\/p>\n<p>Ngwodo stressed the need for a holistic approach to security, noting, \u201cWe\u2019re not confronting conventional warfare.
