{"id":73147,"date":"2025-08-14T08:19:46","date_gmt":"2025-08-14T08:19:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abujacityjournal.com\/livenews\/?p=73147"},"modified":"2025-08-14T08:19:46","modified_gmt":"2025-08-14T08:19:46","slug":"retired-fct-medical-worker-dies-at-abaji-home","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abujacityjournal.com\/livenews\/2025\/08\/14\/retired-fct-medical-worker-dies-at-abaji-home\/","title":{"rendered":"Retired FCT Medical Worker Dies at Abaji Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>By Onyeanya Ebere Immaculata<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Uba Danlami Solomon, a retired medical official from the Gwagwalada Area Council\u2019s township clinic, died in his sleep early Saturday at his residence in Naharati, Abaji Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory.<\/p>\n<p>His eldest son, Zawali Danlami Nabarth, said Solomon appeared healthy the previous night but was found unresponsive around 6:12 a.m. when two of his younger sons went to greet him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI rushed to him and discovered that he was already dead,\u201d Nabarth recounted.<\/p>\n<p>The family transported him to the general hospital, where doctors confirmed his passing.<\/p>\n<p>Solomon, who retired from the Gwagwalada township clinic two years ago, was buried the same day in accordance with Islamic rites.
