They were freed in the Ago Panu area of Owo Local Government.<\/p>\n<p>Police revealed that the kidnappers first contacted the victim\u2019s family on Wednesday, allowing the victim\u2019s wife a brief phone conversation with him. A ransom demand followed on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Acting swiftly, the police arrested the three suspects in a bush area while they were dividing the ransom money.<\/p>\n<p>Police Public Relations Officer Mr. Olayinka Ayanlade confirmed the arrests, stating that investigations have commenced and the recovered ransom has been handed over to the command\u2019s anti-kidnapping unit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Huldah Shado The Ondo State Police Command has arrested three suspects in connection with the abduction of staff members from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko.
